This Sound Healing (Vibrational Medicine) Practitioner Training is not just a certification program—it is a deeply transformative inner journey designed to recalibrate your mind, body, emotions, and energetic field.

 

Through immersive experiential learning, you will begin to understand sound not merely as a technique, but as a universal principle of frequency and vibration—the very language through which the universe expresses harmony, imbalance, creation, and healing. As you work with sound, resonance, and subtle energy, you also learn to listen more deeply—to yourself, to others, and to life itself.

 

A unique strength of this training is that it is guided by Himanshu Dua, a psychologist and holistic practitioner, ensuring that learning takes place in a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space. Emotional processes that naturally arise during vibrational work are held with sensitivity, awareness, and ethical clarity.

 

Beyond learning how to facilitate sessions for others, this program places strong emphasis on self-healing and inner integration. Each participant receives personalized healing support during the training, allowing you to experience the transformative potential of vibrational medicine at a personal level before offering it professionally.

With daily meditation, yoga, breathwork, mindful eating, nature immersion and guided sound practices, this training unfolds as a life-enriching experience — one that supports deep inner balance, clarity, and embodied understanding, rather than intellectual knowledge alone.

(Meditation • Yoga • Breathwork • Nature Awareness)

08:00 AM – 09:00 AM – Mindful Breakfast

(Conscious eating, minimal stimulation)

09:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Training Session 1

(Core concepts, demonstrations, guided learning)

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM – Short Break / Refreshment

11:30 AM – 01:30 PM – Training Session 2

(Applied techniques, supervised practice)

01:30 PM – 02:30 PM – Mindful Lunch

(Conscious eating followed by brief rest)

02:30 PM – 04:30 PM – Training Session 3

(Hands-on practice, therapeutic applications)

04:30 PM – 05:00 PM – Short Break / Refreshment

05:00 PM – 07:00 PM – Activity Session 2

(Guided Nature Walk • Healing Sessions)

07:00 PM – 08:00 PM – Dinner

(Light, mindful evening meal)
