Cancellations and Refunds Policy
At The Healing Guide® ("we"), we strive to provide the best services to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require cancellations or refunds. This Cancellations and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.
1. Cancellations
1.1. Cancellation by Client

Service Bookings: If you wish to cancel a service appointment or booking, please notify us at least 24 Hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need.

Classes/Workshops: If you need to cancel your registration for a class or workshop, please notify us at least 72 Hours before the start date so that we can offer the slot to another candidate.
1.2. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any service, class, or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Refunds
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Full payment will be refunded for all Service Bookings (bank processing/currency conversion/payment gateway charges will be deducted, as and if applicable) if notified before the scheduled time.

No refunds for no-shows or missed Service Bookings.

Full payment will be refunded for all Classes/Workshops (bank processing/currency conversion/payment gateway charges will be deducted, as and if applicable) if notified before the start date of a class/workshop.

No refunds if notified on or after the start date of a class/workshop.

No refunds for no-shows or missed classes.
2.2. Refund Process

Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us at contact@thehealinguide.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
2.3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@thehealinguide.com.
3. Rescheduling
3.1. Rescheduling by Client

Service Appointments: If you wish to reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 Hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
3.2. Rescheduling by Us
We may need to reschedule services, classes, or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or a full refund.
